Nathan Herschler

Nathan Herschler is the Executive Director of the New England Anti-Vivisection Society (NEAVS), a national organization dedicated to ending the use of animals in research, testing, and science education and replacing them with modern alternatives that are ethically and scientifically superior. Prior to working for NEAVS, Nathan was the Deputy Vice President of International Operations and Director of Global Program Operations for the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW,) an international nonprofit organization that protects animals and the ecosystems we call home.  Nathan is an attorney by training and a member of the Maryland Bar Association and the American Bar Association TIPS International Animal Law Section.  He lives in Sandwich, Massachusetts with his two human children, four canine companions (see @pigletfromfarm14 on Instagram), and 12 chickens (including one incredibly troublesome rooster).
