Salomón Flamenco is a recent graduate of Reed College with a degree in Political Science and now seeks to continue his education by following a path in Media Studies. In studying political science, he is especially interested in the advancement of healthcare as well as bettering America’s media infrastructure. With a history in political organizing at the State and Local level, he is excited to bring what he has learned through these ventures to this new journey with the Center for Contemporary Sciences. Bringing together the crossroads of political processes and media production, Salomón aims to expand the Center’s social media outreach, amplifying the organization's voice and mission of human-based medical research without the need for animal testing. Growing up in both the San Francisco Bay Area and South Texas, he is excited to join the team as a Creative Design Intern by playing his part in this paradigm-shifting organization. In his free time,
