The capacity for science to improve the quality of life and the health of our planet is unlimited. Yet, outmoded regulatory policies, delays in embracing technological innovations, ceaseless abuses of the ecosystem, the strong influence of special interest groups, and vested interest in maintaining the status quo are all factors undermining this capacity.
CCS leads targeted advocacy efforts to shape large-scale national health policies and improve statewide legislative agendas. Through engagement with key stakeholders across industry, academia, medical agencies, and the different branches of the U.S. government, we seek to transform medical research practices, advance sustainability initiatives, and promote pandemic prevention measures. We rely on evidence-based science to modernize public policy and execute advocacy campaigns that benefit us, save our planet, and promote animal protection.
