Damon Isaacs holds a master’s degree in Operations Management with a background in aerospace, energy, and healthcare. Previously, Damon has served as the Global IT Service Delivery Manager for Spirit AeroSystems and the Human Resource Operations Director for ConocoPhillips, Baystate Health Systems, and Barrick Gold Corporation. During the past 12 years, Damon has supported the operations for large regional and global companies by leading digital transformation. His experience and leadership have been focused on developing efficient organizations in both the corporate and non-profit sectors.

For almost two decades Damon led one of the fastest growing ministry organizations in Oklahoma. This organization provided community education, assistance to underserved populations, and leadership development. This organization also built and maintained programs for drug rehabilitation, orphanages, women’s vocational training and child advocacy globally. Damon was an associate trainer for leadership expert, Dr. John C. Maxwell, and trained more than 5,000 business leaders in India, Kuwait, and Russia.
